Servicing in Ghana

This month we sent a services engineer out to one of our customers in Kumasi in Ghana. The job involved replacing wear parts and jaw plates in an Extec C12+, then set it up for the customer on site in a large mine. The service engineer spent a few days with the machine to optimise its performance as it crushed rock for the mine infrastructure.

Since the customer had only brought the  machine recently into the country and wasn’t fully aware of the means to set it up and efficiently run the crusher, our service engineer provided basic training information on “Preventative Maintenance” and a recommended spare parts list.
